Shipping policy

At Signature Moments we try our best to ensure that all of your order will be sent out together to ensure we are doing our bit to help save the planet, however due to different processing times you may receive your order separately. If this is the case we will send you a message to the email provided letting you know the expected processing times for each item. The average processing time is on each product listing under the 'Shipping Information' tab as well. 

We deliver orders to the UK & Worldwide. 

Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled, due to the nature of the service. 

Shipping to Mainland UK

  • There is a £2.00 delivery charge on all orders to Mainland UK.
  • Standard Delivery is sent by Royal Mail Tracked48. Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked48 within 5 working days, however can take considerably longer in peak times and holiday periods.
  • At check out you do have the option to change to Tracked24 for an additional charge of £7.00. Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked24 within 2 working days, however can take considerably longer in peak times and holiday periods.
  • Please note to calculate your expected delivery date, add the processing time (found on each individual product page) and the delivery days together. 

 

 

Shipping to the rest of the world is temporarily suspended. To purchase internationally, please purchase through Etsy. 

 

Customs Charges

 We do everything we can to ensure our delivery estimations are met. However, occasionally delivery times will be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

For international orders, it is the customers responsibility to pay any import duties and taxes which might be applied to the order at customs.
