All glasses are hand-etched to order so each is 100% unique to you!
Size:
• All text is 1cm high and placed underneath the design. If the personalisation is for a longer name/inscription the name will be on the opposite exterior side to the design, instead of underneath the design.
• On Champagne, Gin & Wine Glasses the design (Without text) is approximately 4.5cm. As of January 2021, we have changed Gin glass suppliers. If you have ordered before with this the new style of glass might be slightly different.
• On Pint, Hi-Ball, Whisky & Stemless wine glass the design (Without text) is approximately 5.5cm, unless otherwise stated. Prior to January 2021 design size on the hi-ball glass was 4.5cm.

Processing times: 3-5 Business Days
At Signature Moments we try our best to ensure that all of your order will be sent out together to ensure we are doing our bit to help save the planet, however due to different processing times you may receive your order separately. If this is the case we will send you a message to the email provided letting you know the expected processing times for each item. The average processing time is on each product listing as well.
Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled, due to the nature of the service.
Shipping to Mainland UK
- Free Standard Delivery on all orders to Great Britain over £20.00
- For Glassware Standard Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked48, expect a 2-4 working day delivery time. However, it can take considerably longer in peak times and holiday periods.
- For Wood Decorations Standard Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Second Class Large Letter, expect 2-4 day delivery time. However, it can take considerably longer in peak times and holiday periods.
- For items under £15.00 there is a £2.50 delivery charge at check-out.
- At check out you do have the option to change to Royal Mail Tracked24 for an additional charge of £7.00. Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked24 within 2 working days, however can take considerably longer in peak times and holiday periods.
- Please note to calculate your expected delivery date, add the processing time (found at the top of this page) and the delivery days together.
International Shipping
- Shipping to Europe is currently on hold as we liaise with GSPR correspondents to be EU Compliant. If you have any questions on this, please feel free to contact us.
- Shipping to USA is ONLY available via Etsy
- Shipping to the Rest of the World is ONLY available via Etsy
- Customs Charges ~ For international orders, it is the customers responsibility to pay any import duties and taxes which might be applied to the order at customs.
We do everything we can to ensure our delivery estimations are met. However, occasionally delivery times will be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We hope you love your Signature Moments order. However, if you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
As many of our products are personalised or made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for personalised or custom made items simply because you have changed your mind.
This includes products personalised with names, dates, messages, custom illustrations, photographs or other details supplied or selected by you.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Non-Personalised Items
If you wish to return an eligible non-personalised item, please contact us before sending your order back. Items must be returned in their original condition and, where applicable, with their original packaging.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe there is a fault with your order, your item has arrived damaged, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs showing the issue.
In some circumstances, photographs may not be sufficient for us to properly assess the item. We may therefore ask you to return the product to us for inspection.
We cannot process a refund, replacement or exchange until the item has been returned to us and received, where we have requested its return for inspection.
Once received, we will inspect the item and contact you regarding the appropriate next steps.
Natural Materials
Please remember that many of our products are created from natural materials, including genuine leather and wood. Natural variations in colour, grain, texture and markings are part of the character of these materials and do not necessarily constitute a fault.
Laser engraving can also vary in appearance depending on the individual material, colour, grain and lighting. Please refer to the relevant product description for further information about the characteristics of your chosen material.
Returning Your Order
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible items.
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an order, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels until they have been received by us.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights.
