Leather is a natural product from animal hides and therefore each bag is unique. Variations in the texture of the leather is not considered a fault. As every piece of leather is different and may accept colour dyes differently during the tanning process. Leather will always have natural marking such as dents, scars, scratching, wrinkles or blemishes. These natural markings are not considered a defect, but indications of genuine leather.

For long lasting use, protect your items from getting wet, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heat. As a natural product, our leather goods are subject to wear and tear over time.  Certain dyes may transfer to lighter colors. This irreversible effect is increased by humidity and temperature. We do not assume responsibility for dye transfer. 

We have done our best to ensure that our photographs are as close a match as possible, but colours may vary due to your own personal device settings. For specific colour matching and accurate representation, we recommend visiting us at one of our trade shows. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for colour discrepancies for leather. 

Processing Time: 3-5 Business Days

At Signature Moments we try our best to ensure that all of your order will be sent out together to ensure we are doing our bit to help save the planet, however due to different processing times you may receive your order separately. If this is the case we will send you a message to the email provided letting you know the expected processing times for each item. The average processing time is on each product listing as well. 

Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled, due to the nature of the service. 

Shipping to Mainland UK

• Free Standard Delivery on all orders to Great Britain over £15.00
• For Glassware Standard Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked48, expect a 2-4 working day delivery time. However, it can take considerably longer in peak times and holiday periods. 
• For Wood Decorations Standard Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Second Class Large Letter, expect 2-4 day delivery time. However, it can take considerably longer in peak times and holiday periods. 
• For items under £15.00 there is a £2.50 delivery charge at check-out.

• At check out you do have the option to change to Royal Mail Tracked24  for an additional charge of £7.00. Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked24 within 2 working days, however can take considerably longer in peak times and holiday periods.
• Please note to calculate your expected delivery date, add the processing time (found at the top of this page) and the delivery days together. 

International Shipping

• Shipping to Europe is currently on hold as we liaise with GSPR correspondents to be EU Compliant. If you have any questions on this, please feel free to contact us.

• Customs Charges ~ For international orders, it is the customers responsibility to pay any import duties and taxes which might be applied to the order at customs.
