Processing Time: 3-5 Business Days 

At Signature Moments we try our best to ensure that all of your order will be sent out together to ensure we are doing our bit to help save the planet, however due to different processing times you may receive your order separately. If this is the case we will send you a message to the email provided letting you know the expected processing times for each item. The average processing time is on each product listing as well. 

Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled, due to the nature of the service. 

Shipping to Mainland UK

• Free Standard Delivery on all orders to Great Britain over £7.00
• For Glassware Standard Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked48, expect a 2-4 working day delivery time. However, it can take considerably longer in peak times and holiday periods. 
• For Wood Decorations Standard Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Second Class Large Letter, expect 2-4 day delivery time. However, it can take considerably longer in peak times and holiday periods. 
• For Keyring's or items under £7.00 there is a £2.00 delivery charge at check-out.

• At check out you do have the option to change to Royal Mail Tracked24  for an additional charge of £7.00. Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked24 within 2 working days, however can take considerably longer in peak times and holiday periods.
• Please note to calculate your expected delivery date, add the processing time (found at the top of this page) and the delivery days together. 

International Shipping

• Shipping to Europe is ONLY available  via Etsy
• Shipping to USA is ONLY available via Etsy
• Shipping to the Rest of the World is ONLY available via Etsy
• Customs Charges ~ For international orders, it is the customers responsibility to pay any import duties and taxes which might be applied to the order at customs.
